The farm specializes in growing onions, potatoes, and broccoli, and grows other specialty vegetable crops, cane fruit and herbs. In addition to shopping with Jim & Hannah at the Rockland Farmers market, you can find Buckle Farm produce in Co-ops, small grocers, restaurants and farm stands around the state.

A home-based plant nursery specializing in Maine native species as well as perennials suitable for rock garden and woodland settings. Plants are propagated from seed, cutting, and division. The container-grown plants are wintered over outdoors without the use of tunnels or heat. The nursery is almost peat-free, employs a judicious watering regime, and fertilizes with organic fish emulsion. No insecticides or herbicides are used.
